Madeira da Costa Law Firm
Madeira da Costa Law Firm was founded by two sisters, Carolina and Vivian, lawyers who share a love of international law. Both decided to immigrate to Europe, do their Masters in Spain and also rescue their Portuguese-Hispanic roots.
From this journey, a society was born that aims to help other Brazilians, as well as other foreigners, who want to enjoy globalization. Law no longer has borders and today legal issues certainly go beyond a single country. The practice of the firm, therefore, focuses on the area of Private International Law, International Family Law and Commercial Law, as well as Foreigners and Migration Law, offering advice on related administrative procedures, such as business constitution and Homologation of Diplomas, of attribution and acquisition of Nationality, among others.
In addition, we meet the specific demands of athletes who wish to work and reside in Spain, Portugal, Brazil (or even in other countries), as well as other professionals, self-employed, highly qualified or subordinates, for example. We also serve investors, income holders and retirees. We advise on each legal-administrative stage of the migratory process and, similarly, on procedures related to obtaining Portuguese, Spanish and Brazilian Nationality.
We are in Spain, Portugal and Brazil and we have partners in other countries, such as Italy, Germany, Venezuela, Mexico and the United States. Together we already have more than a decade of professional experience, in more than five countries, in different continents. We look forward to your contact and it will be a great pleasure to serve you.
